  11 The file DATADIR/ldapfriendly contains simple mapping information
  12 used by the
  13 .BR ldap_friendly_name (3)
  14 routine.  Blank lines and
  15 lines that have a first character of `#' are treated as comments and
  16 ignored.  The information consists of lines that contain
  17 an "unfriendly" name, a tab, and a "friendly" name.

  19 Other friendly mapping files can be created and used by
  20 .BR ldap_friendly_name (3).
  21 Just use the same format as that described
  22 above and include the file name in the
  23 .B ldap_friendly_name()
