- Update the documentation so it refers to *_bacula_* scripts
  instead of *_mysql_*, *_sqlite_*, or *_postgresql_*.
- PostgreSQL has been in beta for over a week.

- Don't update media.lastwritten if lastwritten is zero.

- Alter scripts/fd.in to use @subsysdir@ instead of a hard coded path.
- Add PostgreSQL support.  Testing and coding is incomplete.
