Release Notes for brestore 1.39.28

Version 1.40:
 - Add debian package
 - Add BwebConsole package to keep bconsole installation and
   scp usage on admin workstation. It permit to use brestore on
   win32 system.
 - Add brestore.pl -b option to batch cache creation
 - Add brestore tables to bacula's database for
   speedup charging
 - BugFix : perl << operator works only with 32bytes value
   => using *64 instead

Version 1.39:
 - Add Gen BSR function
 - Add new option "see all version"
 - Add Estimate function
