- Clean up drive reservation system. Add more sanity checks.
- Implement a few more methods for the DEVICE class in SD.
- Add latex directories to make clean
- move DEV_BSIZE to B_DEV_BSIZE to avoid conflicts with
  certain header files (FreeBSD).
