- Increase the index width of Filename and Path entries
  to 255 chars -- suggestion of Meno Abels.
- Change remaining VARCHARS to TINYBLOBs.
- Remove recursion from is_volume_selected() following
  bug report from Peter.
- Implement mostly correct handling of use_storage in the
  SD with full lists, ...
