  - Added functions to get and set length properties:
    gl_xml_get_prop_length()
    gl_xml_set_prop_length()

  - Changed gl_xml_get_prop_uint_hex() to gl_xml_get_prop_uint().  It should
    automatically determine base according to "C" rules, i.e. "0x" => hex,
    "0" => octal, and anything else is decimal.

  - gl_xml_get_prop_int() has also been modified to use the "C" rules.
