- Fix crash on exit with -t option in FD on 2.6 kernels --
  uninitialized thread id variable.
- Add additional SD and FD debug info to detect network hang.
- Fix bnet_strerror() routine not to return stack pointer.
- Put latest update routines in updatedb.
