arm_adi_v5: Reorder Atmel part number entry

arm_adi_v5: Reorder Atmel part number entry

Instead of placing Atmel last, after ANY_ID, place it after ARM (it's
arm_adi_v5 despite 0x4BB) and sort it with the other vendors, i.e.
before ADI and Qualcomm. Adapt column alignment.

Drop the redundant "Atmel" comment to clarify that Analog is not Atmel.
