kes  Fix plugin_bwrite - plugin-blseek mixup pointed out by James.
kes  Rewrite plugin restore interface a bit to correspond to how Bacula
     creates and writes to the restored file.
kes  Add some DebugMessage() calls to the bpipe-fd.c program.
