- Turn on transactions for SQLite and PostgreSQL if

  multiple connections are turned on.
- Removed stripping of filename in ua_tree insertion routine.
- Fix split_path_and_filename() routines to return zero length
  path and files.
- Modify update_tables scripts to convert a single blank filename
  into an empty filename.
