- Put Dmsg() on inside if() to avoid calling subroutine.

- Make restore.bsr have unique name.
- Allow user to define bsr filename on restore command line
  with bootstrap=xxx.bsr
- Add limit=nnn to list jobs command.

- unlink automatically generated bsr file.
- Cleanup heartbeat code so that duped fd is almost sure
