- Remove unnecessary image files from Latex directory
- Implement remaining parts of Storage DB record and
  its use in the Director.
- Implement
  FullMaxWaitTime, Differential Max Wait Time, and
  Incremental Max Wait time in Job resource.
- Start work on SD Autochanger code.
