- Implement setting DIR Storage device to Autochanger

  name.
- Select first available device in Autochanger.
- Pass back actual device name used.
- Allow Query of AutoChanger.
- Modify Query to include name of AutoChanger if
  Device belongs to one.
- Remove old Pool code in jobq.c
- Add Autoselect flag to query and DEVICE class (still
  need Directive).
