  sometimes creates install problems.
- Change a couple of %T in strftime to %H:%M:%S as seen in Robert
  Nelson's code.  More to do.
- Convert a few store_bit to store_bool in filed_conf.c.
- DVD tweak to block.c as supplied by Uwe Muessel.
