kes  Add exec external-command [wait-seconds] to bconsole. This
     executes the external-command.  Note! normally external-command
     should be enclosed in double quotes.
kes  Turn the .die command on only if DEVELOPER is defined -- i.e.
     it should normally be off in a production system.
