Split the bacula start/start script into four files:
   bacula         -- starts and stops calling other scripts
   bacula-ctl-dir -- starts/stops the director
   bacula-ctl-fd  -- starts/stops the File daemon
   bacula-ctl-sd  -- starts/stops the Storage daemon
