- Fix overriding storage specification to be done
  through a subroutine.
- Fix autoconf so it runs with FC3.
- Add Python4.3 to configure search paths.
- Always copy and delete storage definitions into jcr.
- Check that VolumeName supplied by Python is valid.
  Return 0 if not.
