- First cut of new Python implementation.
- Doc updates
- Correct SuSE autostart installation directory name --
  supplied by a user.
- Fix director crash if Name directive not supplied
  in a Job.
- More cleanup of changing %u to %s for DB IDs.
- Replace dev_can_write(dev) with dev->can_write().
