- Put Dmsg() on inside if() to avoid calling subroutine.
- Make restore.bsr have unique name.
- Allow user to define bsr filename on restore command line
  with bootstrap=xxx.bsr
- Add limit=nnn to list jobs command.
- Remove old restore code that did not use .bsr file.
- unlink automatically generated bsr file.
- Cleanup heartbeat code so that duped fd is almost sure
  to be released. Previously under certain conditions, the
  memory was not released due to race conditions.
- Shorten copyright.
