- Fix bug that missed drive=nn specification.
- Eliminate nonblocking kludge in heartbeat of FD as
  it caused high CPU usage.
- Pickup loaded slot when doing open() of tape drive.
- Make autochanger reservation code go through full list
  first pass until exact match found.
