- Move Python variables from Job to Bacula. They are
  DirName, Version, ConfigFile, and WorkingDir
- Fix delete of bootstrap to only occur on Bacula created
  filenames.
- Allow cancelling a Job name that is not active. It is
  sent to the daemons.
