- Correct bug I introduced into RunScripts enum.
- Add log table to Catalog
- Purge original job migrated if the migration terminates normally.
- Cleanup purging of files/jobs so that it is done only in a
  single subroutine.
- Add new VOLMGMT message class.
- Add Catalog message destination (user conf code remains to be written).
