Add auxprop_store support for Cyrus SASL 2.1.16+

Fix format errors: %d -> %ld, and add (long) casts as appropriate.

#include lber-int.h, to get ber_strndup().
The right fix may be for slap.h to #include it instead, since
ber_strndup() is used via SLAP_STRNDUP() which is #defined in slap.h.
