Fix magic for 4.2BSD systems.

Modify slapd set user/group support to use -u/-g instead -U/-G.
Moved -u (udp) to -c (connectionless).  Connectionless is depreciated

setuid/setgid to enable feature.  Use seteuid/setegid only if
