Add a latex comment on something todo:
The link for the mtx-changer.txt shell script does not work.
\elink  could work if a full path to http:// URL was used.
Also maybe include this in book appendix and point to it.
Could just copy the script from source and make a tex page out of it.

In progs.tex, change label of wild and regex to bwild and bregex,
respectively.

In fileset.tex, fix cross-references (the ilink usage was reversed).
And use bwild and bregex for cross-referencing to point to
specific part of chapter (as seen in other places referencing the Utilities
chapter).

I saw these several undefined cross-references in latex log.

Also fix redundant "estimate command command" references.

Update comments and echo to indicate this script is for upgrading version
1.38 to 2.0.0 or higher.

Grant permissions on location, locationlog, log.

Remove the "ilink" cross-references from within a few subsection header.

It didn't make sense for a subsection header to point to a different
chapter in a printed document. No hyperlink in print :)

Add a sentence at end each of these sub-sections to instead point
to that cross-reference. (The hyperlink is still in the section
but now can be read.)

Fix chapter label names to no longer use generic name with number.
Now basically use name of the file as part of the chapter label.
This makes it more clear for following or creating new cross-references.

Note that most of the labels were not even used.

This also fixed two previously broken references in license.tex.
And fixed two chapters that had identical label (oldfileset and mysql).

(No changes to content.)
