Fix orphanned jobs (deadlock) while pruning.

Use jcr stored in bsock rather than searching in getmsg.c.
     This results in about a 5% speed improvement with four

     reporting in some cases.  More testing is needed to ensure

     contorted logic.

Integrate James Harper's Exchange Win32 plugin patch.
