Added dnPrettyNormal, do both Pretty and Normalize at once to save
some ldap_str2dn overhead.

dn_normalize -> dnNormalize

Moved WSAStartup/WSACleanup to libldap/init.c. Cleanup occurs in the
internal atexit handler.

Works...  now to test our filter parser!
