This is the fix to http://bugs.bacula.org/view.php?id=1276.  The select
class was just not working with the new requirements of setting and clearing the
notify.

Implement more automatic build of Win64 client. Note, there are still
     lots of warning messages, but it seems to build a correct binary.

Enhance Job messages from SD when the FD->SD protocol is incorrect
     and the SD hangs up. Previously this looked like a comm error.
