     Darwin, where sys/types.h was not included correctly (apparently
     due to a change in the Mac headers).  The solution was to explicitly
     ensure that it is defined for the ./configure.
     This patch also has a rebuild of configure that includes the Debian
     qt4 kludge (look for alternate qt4 names).
     This patch fixes bug #1020.
