ppc4xx: Kilauea & Makalu: Fix ext IRQ pin multiplexing

After an error in the AMCC 405EX users manual now correctly configure
IRQ2 (Kilauea)/IRQ0 (Makalu) as alternate 2 signal for external IRQ
usage.
