the logic unintentially from "if (!(swfw_sync & (fwmask | swmask)))"
to "if ((swfw_sync & swmask) && !(swfw_sync & fwmask))". This change
breaks some e1000 NIC with a message "ERROR: Unable to read EEPROM!".
