Implement more automatic build of Win64 client. Note, there are still
     lots of warning messages, but it seems to build a correct binary.

Enhance Job messages from SD when the FD->SD protocol is incorrect
     and the SD hangs up. Previously this looked like a comm error.

Minor tweaks

Lets only count non acl xattr in the first place that saves us some tricky coding later on.

Fixed problem in xattr and acl code trying to send empty acl or xattr streams.
Fix for bug #1261 where we send out a null stream when a file only an acl and xattr support is also turned on.
Added some warnings to configure when using libtool and static in one configure.

I was able to reproduce some segfaults by using the keyborad arrows going
quickly through some tree and table items.  This seems to solve them.

Misc tweaks

After much effort, I think I've got it.  Was having a heck of a time
getting the estimate to work consistently when I finally saw what was
causing my difficulty.  consoleCommand needed to be able to take the
connection number.

This works better in this order.  Otherwise if the signals are not connected
it will not set the right widget to the top of the stack.

Add lots of debugging output to show which director many of the debug
messages are for.   Add a timer to wait 2 seconds before querying the
director for lists.  Take more control of the wait state of the application
prevent users from doing things they shouldn't.  Still have more to do
with the restore screen with wait state's

Add checks on the plugin version and the plugin license. Currently
     only implemented for FD plugins.

Move two sql performing functions getVolumeList and getStatusList from
the console class to the pages class.  Looking at the function and
progressionof the three classes: dircomm, console and pages, these two
seem to be more sense in the pages class, they have nothing to do with
connecting or managing multiple connections.
