  10      Certain rumors have it that the Bacula project appears
  11      to be dead and all the developers have gone over to a fork. This is
  12      highly exaggerated. The project is advancing with many new features
  13      that will be release in the March-April time frame. One former
  14      Bacula developer has gone to the new release. I am in touch with many
  15      former and current developers who are all fully supportive of the Bacula
  16      project.

  28      administrator) to manage backup, recovery, and verification

  32      offering many advanced storage management features that make
  33      it easy to find and recover lost or damaged files.
  34      In technical terms, it is an <b>Open Source, network based backup program</b>.
