  13    The Bacula developers have assigned their copyrights to
  14    Kern Sibbald in a fiduciary relationship that permits Kern to
  15    safeguard the Bacula software against abuse.
  16    <p>
  17    If you contribute more than a few lines of code or documentation to the
  18    Bacula project, we ask you to complete the copyright Fiduciary License
  19    Agreement (link provided below).  This is the same agreement that all
  20    other developers have signed to transfer their copyrights to Kern.
  21    <p>
  22    Filling it out is really quite simple.  Please make two copies,
  23    then put your name and mailing address on the first page and
  24    date it.
  25    <p>
  26    On the third page after &quot;the author&quot; put your name and the
  27    other information requested. This is simply to uniquely identify
  28    you.
  29    <p>
  30    If you are employed and you do Bacula work while at work
  31    or your employer has the rights to your work (often the case),
  32    please put your employer's information here.
  33    <p>
  34    On the fourth page, you can simply put &quot;All code and documentation
  35    contributed to the Bacula.org project&quot; or if you wish to be more
  36    specific please do so.
  37    <p>
  38    Finally, send the two filled out, signed copies to me. It is far better
  39    to send them by post, but if this is really not possible, please scan
  40    them and send them to me by email.<br><p>
